Well Im going to give it a shot. I am not a writer or even people person, my name is Nate I live in the Kansas City area and I built Survival Bound & Survival Classifieds. I created survival bound as a mega resource for the new and old survivalist. The word survivalist has been taboo is recent years, but I see any person wanting to insure there well being by being prepared for a disaster (whether small or large) or being more self reliant, as being a survivalist.

There are many people online that claim to be the super survivalist, but need to realize a camping trip does not make you a expert. I have lived off the land in the wilderness and in a urban setting, in life or death situations, not because I "wanted to" but because that's all I had. Does this make me a expert survivalist NO, do I claim to be a expert NO.  The only thing I can tell you is to learn from many different people, and create your own form of survival, learn and practice the basics, then get advanced, and practice.  It is a never ending process, you always learn new things, even the "super survivalist" is still learning.

Emergency Preparedness is another topic that fits in with survival and is very dear to my heart, anyone can prepare for disaster, whether rich or poor, money does not buy survival or emergency preparedness, planning and training is your currency and your brain is your tool.

Well that's all the rambling Im going to do tonight, hopefully I will get better at typing by doing the blogs......but dont count on it
